Q: who is the rental agent?

Q: What are your rental terms?
A: We are looking for long term renters – minimum 6 months. Anybody signing a one year contract and paying upfront will get the 12th month free

Q: What is included – and not included?
A: The rental includes water supply, garden and pool cleaning. In line with eco-guidelines, you pay your own wifi, electricity and cleaning.

Q: Is the villa furnished?
A: Yes, there are beds, desks, sofas, table and chairs etc. Also linens, towels, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Q: Is there a deposit?

A: Yes we take a one month security deposit against a signed inventory. At the end of your contract we will do a check out and agree any deductions.

Q: Is there a washing machine?

A: We don’t supply a washing machine, but there is plumbing for one in the store room if you want to bring your own
