Brockley is a leafy suburb in Zone 2. The Windrush Line station is 10 mins walk from the house and offers a fast and frequent connection to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. The locals are an eclectic bunch and there are lots of arts based and community activities. There are several small supermarkets, wine bars and cafes in the area and a large park (Hilly Fields) for running, cricket and tennis.
The room available for rent includes a sleeping area, en suite shower room and sitting room area with TV. The shared space (with one other woman) is living area and kitchen, laundry, and a courtyard garden.

Mutual respect is the best way forward when house sharing, as I’m sure you’ve found for yourself. And a bit of coordination around using the kitchen and sharing the fridge. As the room you will be renting is my bedroom, some of the drawers and half of the wardrobe have my thibngs in them. I hope you will respect my privacy. You will have use of six drawers and two single wardrobes.
The house has 5G broadband wifi. The TV is 50″ smart TV. The kitchen has all the usual appliances and an excessive (some might say) supply of crockery and glassware. Feel free to use pantry items and replace if you finish them.
